Who we are
Fly CRM is business software for adventure-tourism operators and paragliding schools. It helps operators manage leads, customer conversations, reservations, payments, and daily operations.
Information we process
We may process account details, business configuration, customer and lead contact information, conversations, booking details, payment status, operational notes, device diagnostics, and the identifiers and tokens required for integrations an operator explicitly enables.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure the CRM, help operators answer leads, manage bookings, send requested operational messages, maintain audit and reliability records, provide support, and comply with applicable legal and platform requirements. We do not sell personal data.
Meta, Instagram, Messenger, and WhatsApp
When an operator connects a Meta product, Fly CRM uses the data made available through that connection only to provide the messaging, customer-management, booking, automation, and reporting functions requested by that operator. We do not use Meta user data for unrelated advertising and we do not sell it.
Service providers and international processing
We may use infrastructure, database, messaging, payment, calendar, analytics, automation, and AI providers as necessary to operate Fly CRM. Data may be processed in countries other than the user's country, subject to the safeguards offered by those providers and applicable law.
Retention and security
We retain data while an operator account is active and for the time needed for service, security, legal, tax, and audit obligations. We use encrypted transport, access controls, managed secrets, and audit records to reduce risk. Integration credentials are revoked or deleted when an integration is disconnected or when deletion is validly requested.
Your rights and data deletion
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, export, restriction, or deletion of personal data. Customers whose information is controlled by a school should normally contact that operator first. You may also send a request to vuelaconparavida@gmail.com. We will verify the requester and respond as required by applicable law.
Children
Fly CRM is not directed to children under 16 and does not knowingly collect their information as direct users of the service.
